‘Fowl’ Challenge

The early to bed challenge started here, and this is where I’ll keep track of my progress.

Mish has set a challenge to become a ‘fowl’ (early to bed, early to rise), instead of an ‘owl’ (late to bed, late to rise).

Here are the rules:

  1. Get into bed by 9:30pm for the next 14 nights.
  2. Lights out at 10:00pm.
  3. No TV, computer, laptop, iPad, iPhone, (or any technology), from 9pm.
  4. The alarm set for 6am.

So, I’m going to do it, and track my progress here:

Wed 20 June

9:43 shut laptop
10:24 in bed reading
10:54 Miss E woke
11:04 back in bed after re-settling E
11:05 lights out
4:19 Miss E woke
4:20 brought Miss E into our bed & turned alarm off
7:36 woke up
