A blogger challenge is where a question or topic is raised weekly, and 12WBT participants respond and link to each other’s responses. It’s a bit of fun, and allows us to share our blog and meet other 12WBT bloggers.

Introduce yourself? Tell us why you’re here? Why did you decide to join round 2 of Michelle Bridges 12 Week Body Transformation? How have you prepared for the challenge?
#2 – Exercise
Tell me or show me! When and where do you workout? Are you doing anything different this round? Or is it your first time exercising? Is there anything that you’d like to do? but not yet done? Are you still holding back?
We have just created a inspiration board for the weekly surprise so I thought this weeks challenge should be motivation.
We all have reasons why we have taken on this journey to lose weight, get fitter or get stronger. I still remember so clearly how i felt the day I decided I wanted to turn my life around! I didn’t feel comfortable anymore with the extra weight, I was sick of the way that I felt and it didn’t make quiet Jayne anymore confident! Since then I new what I wanted and went for it! There has been so many ups and downs but the image of what I want and why I want it has never left me.
So I want to know what motivates you?
What drives you to be a better version of yourself?
What is making you just get up early with no excuses and just getting out there getting your workout done and eating healthy meals.
What makes you push that little bit harder?
In a few weeks time if your feeling a little blue I’d like you to be able to come back to this post and remind yourself of all these things.
